America is stressed...

America is stressed; we all seem to be stressed in the present age, experiencing

anxiety, frustration, depression, and other mental and emotional struggles and little

wonder! We seem to be living in a time of uncertainty and upheaval, a very

qualified to write such a book with decades of teaching, studying and writing about

the management of stress, a lady who knows the effects of distress and the Savior’s

love from her own Gethsemanes.’  Having had the privilege of working with and

team-teaching with Karen in the Health Sciences, I personally know her credibility,

her excellent abilities as a teacher, a compassion to help others, and a strong

testimony and understanding of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

of stress management from a Gospel perspective. Her inclusion of stress-related
